From I-95, take exit 109 which will be Highway 21.  Take Highway 21 North for approximately 5 miles.  After passing through 1 street light at Goshen Road, Premier Dental Designs will be on your right in approximately 1/4 mile.  We are located inside the DeWitt Insurance complex.
